Files are processed on your device

The images, PDFs, video, audio and archives you process with PubToo — along with their file names, metadata and results — are never uploaded to our servers. The app contains no advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs.

Every tool exports new files and leaves originals unchanged. Exported images use sRGB SDR and have location and camera metadata removed.

Passwords you set or enter for archives are used for that operation only and are never saved.

Local storage on Mac

Save workspace is off by default. Temporary results are removed when you quit normally, or at the next launch after an unexpected exit.

When it’s on, your list, settings and available results are stored only on that Mac, with a 5 GB limit for results; originals are never copied. Clearing the workspace also turns saving off. Language and appearance preferences are stored only on your Mac.

PubToo Go and PubToo Lite

PubToo Go accesses only the photos and files you choose, and needs permission to save to Photos. Files sent from the share sheet or Shortcuts are copied into the app’s own storage for processing.

Recent tasks are kept on the device for 7 days and up to 1 GB by default, and older results may be removed automatically. Files you export are yours to manage.

PubToo Lite accesses only the photos and files you select through Android’s system pickers or share menu. It copies inputs into app storage for local processing. Clear app data in Android settings to remove local tasks and preferences; exported files remain under your control.

Purchases

Apple handles purchases, subscriptions and refunds; we never receive your payment card details. The app checks your purchase status on the device with Apple’s StoreKit — there is no PubToo account or purchase server. Apple’s privacy policy applies to Apple’s services.

Google Play handles PubToo Lite purchases, subscriptions and refunds. We do not receive payment card details. The app uses Google Play Billing to check purchase status on the device, without a PubToo account or purchase server. Google’s privacy policy applies to Google’s services.

This website

This website offers no file uploads and uses no cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Your browser remembers the language you choose, locally. To deliver and protect the site, our servers and CDN process connection information such as IP addresses.

Support email

If you email us, we use your address and message only to respond to your request. Please don’t send files with sensitive content unless it’s truly necessary and you choose to share them.
